ABOUT ERICA

As an empathetic and intuitive person, my career as a therapist was a perfect fit. I knew I wanted to help people - I just didn't know I would have to be on my own healing path to provide the best care.
I know what it's like to lose yourself - in a relationship, in a job and in food - I also know what it's like to find yourself and come home to yourself in the process.

You are brave and courageous for taking this important step of self-discovery. The journey can be difficult but it's so worth it.

"Erica’s passion for doing this work is evident from the moment you meet her. She exudes kindness and compassion and truly cares about helping others find their true paths and the steps to get there." - Brandi Hamlin, LICSW

Walking the walk

I've done a lot of self-help work. A lot of it. From yoga to pilates, reiki to acupuncture, meditation and silent retreats, I've tried it all. From all those experiences, Somatic therapy has helped the most.

Through this work, I learned how to
trust myself, connect with others more authentically, express my true feelings, and accept all of who I am.

Going through my own therapy has helped me realize that doing my own work is the most important piece of being a good therapist.
