You may have tried different approaches - yoga, self-help books, meditations - and they may have been missing something for you. I believe Somatic therapy speaks to that missing piece. We use somatic exercises to see your needs, your inner world using a different lens. Somatic therapy helps to explore how our body holds tension patterns in order to release it.

Using a somatic approach, I can help you heal from the inside out. The relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of the work and I strive to help each of my clients feel safe and secure. We each have a story and I help provide the support to reveal that story, through the body.
