Insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield is the only insurance I take. When using insurance, you may still owe a copay (could be anywhere from $10 to $60) and/or pay full price towards your deductible, depending on your insurance plan. Check out the Insurance Info page for more information.
If I don't take your insurance, it would be Out-of-Network. You would pay my out of pocket rate and you can submit a Superbill to your insurance for reimbursements. Telehealth and In-Person
Telehealth has been a huge resource since the pandemic started. I am able to offer telehealth sessions for clients in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, any day of the week.

Fees
My Out-of-Network (also called Private Pay) fees in 2025 and 2026: The first appointment, the assessment, is $170. My rate for on-going appointments is $135 per session. My late cancel/no show fee is $80. I take HSA/FSA cards for most charges.
